Fitness Yoga

 

Fitness Yoga focuses on the positions, postures and breathing techniques and less on the spiritual and meditation side of the practice.

The aim is to make you fit, healthy and flexible. This is done through  a flowing sequence of postures (asanas), each of which has specific physical benefits.

This class will improve flexibility, posture,balance and relaxation. Suitable for all.
