"I started the Gym at Writhlington Sports Centre in the spring Weighing 10 stone 10lbs. I plodded for a while finding my feet. The first photo was taken in July and I still weighed 10 stone 8. I found the classes I loved and changed my diet to cut out junk and tried to eat non proccessed food. My usual timetable is:
Monday: Body tone and Spinning
Tuesday: Bums and Tums and Bokwa
Wednesday: Kettlebells and Bodytone
I'm not finished yet. I have much to improve and going to set new targets for the new year . The day of my final photo I weighed 8 stone 13lbs but I'm human and will put some on over Christmas, lol.
