Michelle's Story

I've always tried to maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle combining healthy eating choices with regular exercise and I have found a variety of exercise classes I thoroughly enjoy led by Bev Nichols.

The benefits of this lifestyle choice became apparent after I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy in the summer of 2013. My recovery time was very quick and I was able to return to the fitness classes I love with Bev within 7 weeks of surgery! My consultant and GP both agreed my quick recovery was indeed due to my pre op fitness level.

All of Bevs classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and her caring and sincere approach makes even the most nervous newbie feel at ease. I for one am certainly am inspired by her
